Amy Markel Scotto is an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Scotto served as an Assistant District Attorney in the office of the Queens County District Attorney where she served as lead counsel on complex investigations and trials including homicide, sex trafficking, and financial crimes. After leaving public service, Ms. Scotto practiced litigation in New York City specializing in Securities and Complex Commercial Litigation. Ms. Scotto is an experienced appellate attorney, having practiced in the New York State Court of Appeals, The Appellate Division, First Department, the Appellate Division, Second Department, and the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, & Thirteenth Judicial District.

Ms. Scotto received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2014, a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2010, and a Bachelor’s degree from Marymount Manhattan College in 2009. She is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
